Dr. Candace Esken, Assistant Professor at Bradley University, will introduce the transformational process of appreciative inquiry as a powerful tool to shift conversations commonly held in organizations and change the way individuals and groups articulate, share, and design their visions for the future. Appreciative inquiry is a strengths-based approach that radically changes how we commonly solve problems -- from an overemphasis on "fixing" what is wrong to capitalizing on what is right. The goal of this session is to provide women with a set of tools that shift their current mindset and inspire commitment to action.

Bring your business cards for networking. It is very important that you RSVP so we have an accurate guest count for food.   

Registration is available up until two days before the event.  Late registrations and walk-ins will be charged $35 (member and non-member).
